About me
I’m a passionate personal trainer and swimming instructor with over a decade of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. My background in competitive triathlon, where I earned multiple age group wins, podium finishes, and qualified for national events, taught me what it takes to stay focused, set big goals, and push through challenges.
