I’m Kieran Green, personal trainer, strength coach & swimming instructor

Based in Brighton & Hove, I’m a passionate personal trainer and swimming instructor with over a decade of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.

Background

My journey in sport began early – I was brought up in a sporty family and grew up with a deep appreciation for discipline, balance, and the power of consistency. These values stuck with me and shaped both my mindset and my coaching style.

My background in competitive triathlon, where I earned multiple age group wins, podium finishes, and qualified for national events, taught me what it takes to stay focused, set big goals, and push through challenges. Now, I use those lessons to help others unlock their own potential, no matter where they’re starting from.

My approach blends functional strength training with high-energy cardiovascular work like boxing, skipping, rowing, and swimming – all customised to suit your goals, needs, and lifestyle.

I believe fitness should enhance your life – not take it over. My approach is simple: keep things realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable. I focus on building healthy habits that fit around your lifestyle, not forcing you into rigid routines that don’t last.

Whether we’re training on the beach, in the park, or at home, my aim is to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay motivated for the long term. I take the time to get to know your goals, your challenges, and what keeps you going – so we can create a plan that actually works for you.

I offer flexible training options across Brighton & Hove, so we can work in a way that suits you best. Whether you prefer the outdoors, your home, the gym, or online sessions, we’ll find the right setting for your goals and lifestyle.

Training locations include:

  • At the gym – I offer personal training in a fully equipped local gym setting. Please enquire for details.
  • Brighton seafront – perfect for beach workouts, running, or sea swims
  • Local parks – including Preston Park, Hove Park, and Queen’s Park
  • At your home – I’ll bring equipment for effective, space-friendly workouts
  • Online – train from anywhere via Zoom or video call
