Customised routines designed to increase range of motion, reduce the risk of injury, and improve posture through stretching exercises and mobility drills.

Cardiovascular training
A program focused on improving heart health, endurance, and overall fitness through activities like running, cycling, and swimming.

Strength training
Tailored workouts to build muscle strength, improve bone density, and enhance overall physical performance using resistance exercises such as weightlifting and bodyweight exercises.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
Intense workouts that alternate between short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by brief recovery periods to maximise calorie burn and metabolic rate.

Functional training
A focus on movements that mimic everyday activities to improve balance, coordination, stability, and strength for daily tasks or specific sports performance.

Hi, I’m Kieran, a personal trainer and swimming instructor based in Brighton & Hove.
With a background in competitive triathlon and over a decade in the fitness industry,
I help people of all ages and abilities build strength, improve confidence, and feel better in their bodies.
